Born in Ankara, Turkey 1962, lived in İstanbul since he was 6 years old, left İstanbul at the age of 17, studied Visual Communications in the Art Institute of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, graduated with the degree of Associated in Arts. Worked in a mall, painted “freehand airbrush” t-shirts for a company in Ocean City, New Jersey for a year, left the States in 1984 and returned to Turkey. Worked as an illustrator for some advertising agencies, studied painting at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Faculty of Fine Arts, and graduated in 1988, receiving Bachelor of the Fine Arts degree.
Continued painting at his studio, while working as an illustrator, graphic designer, and art director at several advertising agencies until 1996. Worked as art director in a number of digital agencies in İstanbul till 2010, creating and producing all kinds of web sites, meanwhile designed and painted couple of wall paintings, original oil painted portraits, hundreds of corporate IDs, books, illustrations, cartoons etc.

Now working freelance at home office, completed his own project, “Fool on the Road.“, and still creating, producing, directing for many other projects.
